The Connemara Hostel does offer a scenic camping location sitting on two acres overlooking Killary Harbour (Fjord).
All campers have the use of the hostel's shower and self-catering kitchen facilities.
Prices are €15/pitch with one person and thereafter €9/person in same tent. So one tent with two people is €24; two people in their own tents is €30 etc.
We cap the charge at €40 for a family staying in one tent.
Camping is generally available on a just come along basis, although in August it is advised to call ahead and check for space.
